Job Profile: Leadership role in driving accounting policies and procedures across the organization having two business verticals of resorts business and membership business. Managing Treasury Operations and Fixed Asset accounting. Monitor Cash flow. Manging Bank Accounts Cash Management Bank Account Reconciliation Long Term Loan Negotiations and Management Ensure development and implementation of Policies, Systems and Procedures to identify, record, value, and Depreciate Fixed Assets in accordance with Accounting Standards. Fixed Asset Accounting Asset Capitalisation Maintenance of Fixed Asset Register Project accounting Driving compliance to Accounting policies and SOP's Manage the MIS requirements of immediate and Ultimate Holding company. Manage Related party transactions compliance. Focus on retaining & developing talent. Coach and train people on taking larger roles
Requirements: 3+ years of Financial and Management Accounting Experience Post Graduate Degree in Finance with commercial acumen Analytical Skills – MIS, Consolidation, Reports. Working knowledge of GST Must be familiar with accounting on ERP system (Oracle Net suit preferable). Knowledge of relevant Accounting Standards Leadership skills: Team Management Excellent Cross Functional Working skills Negotiation & Communication Skills Analytical skills Interpersonal skills Decision Making
