Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Client Servicing Specialist. The Client Servicing Specialist will manage client relationships, ensure client satisfaction, provide support for AnyMind Group's products and services, and work closely with internal teams to deliver effective solutions. Day-to-day tasks include addressing client inquiries, conducting client meetings, providing product training and updates, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. Maintaining a high level of product knowledge and understanding the clients' needs is critical for success in this role.

  • Client relationship management and customer service skills
  • Ability to understand clients' needs and deliver appropriate solutions
  • Experience in conducting client meetings and providing training
  • Knowledge in digital marketing, e-commerce, and business processes
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • High level of product knowledge and willingness to stay updated
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in the marketing, e-commerce, or digital transformation sectors is a plus
  • Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with various departments
