*Job Title:* Team Leader – Field Marketing (Jewellery Industry)
*Location:* Nerchowk (Mandi)
*Department:* Sales & Marketing
*Reports to:* Area/Store Manager

*Job Summary:*

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated *Team Leader* to manage our *field sales & marketing executives* for promoting jewellery saving/installment plans and driving customer acquisition. The ideal candidate should have leadership qualities, good communication skills, and the ability to guide a team towards achieving sales targets.


*Key Responsibilities:*

* Lead and motivate field marketing executives to achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.

* Promote *installment gold purchase/saving schemes* and explain product benefits to potential customers.

* Conduct field visits, identify new markets, and generate leads.

* Train team members on communication, sales pitch, and customer handling.

* Track team performance and report progress to management.

* Resolve customer queries regarding gold, silver, diamonds, and hallmarking standards.

* Build long-term customer relationships for repeat business.


*Skills & Competencies:*

* Strong communication and convincing skills.

* Leadership and team management ability.

* Confidence in field marketing and customer interaction.

* Basic knowledge of jewellery (gold/silver/diamond/hallmark) – training will be provided.

* Willingness to work in outdoor/field sales environment.

*Qualifications & Experience:*

* 12th Pass/Graduate (any stream).

* *0–2 years of experience* in sales/marketing/field promotion (freshers welcome).

*Compensation:*

* *Salary:* ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month

Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentives on sales & customer acquisition.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Fresher

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 48 per week
