Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Full-Stack Web Developer capable of independently handling front-end and back-end development. The ideal candidate will develop, optimize, and maintain high-performance websites, internal dashboards, APIs, automation workflows, and digital products for our real estate operations.

Key ResponsibilitiesFront-End Development

  • Build responsive, fast-loading, visually polished websites and landing pages
  • Work with UI/UX designs, wireframes, and brand guidelines
  • Optimize for SEO, speed, and cross-device performance
  • Create dashboards and interactive elements for user engagement

Back-End Development

  • Build robust backend systems, API endpoints, and database structures
  • Integrate CRM tools , LeadSquared, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Develop automation flows for lead capture, routing, and notifications
  • Implement secure authentication, admin panels, and content management tools

General Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update the main website + project microsites
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize functionality
  • Manage hosting, domains, backups, and cloud infrastructure
  • Work closely with marketing & sales teams for campaign landing pages
  • Ensure data security & integration consistency

Requirements

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Full-Stack Web Developer
  • Strong proficiency in:
  • Front-End: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React / Vue / (any modern framework)
  • Back-End: , PHP, Python, or similar
  • Databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB
  • Experience with hosting platforms (AWS, DigitalOcean, cPanel, Cloudflare)
  • Familiarity with REST APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations
  • Strong understanding of SEO, website performance, and security standards
  • Experience with real estate CRM integrations (preferred, not mandatory)
  • Ability to work independently and deliver complete modules end-to-end
