Job Requirements

  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues at all levels.
  • Experience in the BPM/BPO industry is preferred.
