Job Description
Review and negotiation of contracts such as Master Services AgreementsOutsourcing BPO Agreements, Software Licenses, Subcontracting Agreements , Data Protection Agreements & Real Estate AgreementsDirect negotiation with the clients and their attorneysClose interaction with the various departments of the company including the business finance and delivery teamsPreparing responses on the contract terms for Request for Proposals including those related to public sector and identifying and articulating the legal and business riskReview and management of Inter Company agreements between various group companies .Ensure compliance with laws and company policies while supporting businessProvide support to legal team members from other jurisdictions where requiredParticipation in trainings, development related activities and other initiativesProvide support and advice on Intellectual Property Information Technology and Data PrivacyAssist and advice in litigation and dispute managementAssessing and understanding the impact of new regulations on India Operations.  Required Skills
Hands on Experience on Client ContractContract drafting, front end negotiation, rdlining, reviewing of client contractsMSA, SaaS, PaaSExcellent communication skills – both verbal & writtenGood negotiation skillsSound ethics Experience Location and Qualification
Location - Mumbai/ Bangalore/ DelhiExperience - 5 to 10 yearsIndustry - IT/ ITESQualification - LLB/ LLMRelevant experience - 80% experience should be in Core Contract drafting, negotiation, review of client contractWork Module - Hybrid (3 days in a week from Office)
