Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for a Procurement Specialist. The Procurement Specialist will be responsible for managing purchase orders, evaluating suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring efficient procurement processes. Day-to-day tasks include identifying potential suppliers, conducting supplier assessments, negotiating favorable terms, and managing procurement documentation and records.

Qualifications

  • Experience with Purchase Orders and Procurement processes
  • Skills in Supplier Evaluation and Contract Negotiation
  • Strong Analytical Skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and maintain accuracy under pressure
  • Knowledge and experience in construction and interior fit-out industries is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field
