Job Title: Student Counselor

Location: Chennai

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Experience Required: Minimum 1 year of experience in a study abroad firm

Key Responsibilities

  • Counsel students on study abroad opportunities, courses, universities, and application procedures.
  • Assist students in selecting the right program and country based on their academic background and career goals.
  • Guide students through admission and visa application processes.
  • Maintain regular communication with students and parents, addressing queries and concerns effectively.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with universities and educational institutions.
  • Maintain student records and update the CRM system with accurate information.
  • Participate in seminars, education fairs, and promotional activities.
  • Meet monthly enrollment targets while ensuring high standards of student satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a study abroad consultancy/firm.
  • Strong knowledge of international education systems, admission, and visa processes.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to guide and motivate students toward achieving their academic and career goals.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools will be an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20, ₹35,000.00 per month
