We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented
Frontend/UI Designer & Developer
who can bridge the gap between design and development. The ideal candidate should be able to conceptualize and design user interfaces (wireframes, mockups, prototypes) and translate them into responsive, pixel-perfect, and user-friendly front-end code. This role is perfect for someone with a strong eye for design, a solid grasp of UI/UX principles, and hands-on coding skills in HTML/CSS/JS.

Responsibilities

  • Design clean, modern, and user-friendly layouts using Figma (wireframes, mockups, prototypes).
  • Convert UI/UX wireframes and mockups into high-quality, responsive front-end code.
  • Develop and maintain clean, modular, and reusable HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Collaborate with designers and backend developers to ensure seamless integration.
  • Optimize web applications for performance, scalability, and accessibility.
  • Ensure cross-browser compatibility and performance optimization of front-end code.
  • Work closely with backend developers to integrate front-end designs with APIs and systems.
  • Implement and maintain design consistency, branding, and responsiveness across projects.
  • Test, debug, and troubleshoot issues to deliver smooth user experiences.
  • Stay updated with modern frontend frameworks, tools, and coding practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • 1–3 years of experience in UI design and front-end development.
  • Strong proficiency in Figma (wireframing, prototyping, UI design).
  • Strong skills in HTML5, CSS3 (Flexbox, Grid, Animations), and basic JavaScript/jQuery.
  • Understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards, and design systems.
  • Ability to create visually appealing designs and translate them into working code.
  • Familiarity with version control (Git) and basic workflow tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently as a one-person design-development team.

Qualifications

  • Experience with CSS frameworks (Bootstrap, Tailwind, etc.).
  • Knowledge of basic front-end frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular) is a plus.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) and/or CorelDraw for supporting assets.
