Youll be pivotal in defining and delivering exceptional experiences that solve customer problems and drive value.Key Responsibilities:Discovery & Strategy- Conduct user research and competitor analysis to inform design strategies.- Translate research insights into wireframes, prototypes, and detailed visual designs.- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to align on business and technical requirements.Design Craft- Design scalable, intuitive product experiences across web and mobile platforms.- Own the full design lifecycle from discovery to delivery and iteration.- Contribute to and evolve our design system to ensure consistency.Cross-Functional Collaboration- Work closely with service designers, researchers, and developers to deliver cohesive experiences.- Communicate design decisions clearly through storytelling and rationale.- Use prototypes to convey product-line concepts, narratives, and value propositions.Execution & Delivery- Validate solutions through usability testing and data analysis.- Iterate designs based on customer feedback, business needs, and performance metrics.Required Qualifications:- Bachelors/Masters in Human-Computer Interaction, Design, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.- 4+ years of experience in product design or a related UX/UI role.- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design thinking, including user workflows, UI designs, and prototypes.- Proficient in Figma, Mural, and design/prototyping tools.- Deep understanding of interaction design, usability principles, and accessibility.Preferred Skills:- Experience in digital commerce, fintech, or SaaS products.- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to balance user-centric design with business constraints.Preferred Skills:Domain->Product Design & Development->Product Design & Development
