We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through lead generation and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through online bidding, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Write, prepare, and submit business proposals on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Manage client communication to understand requirements and collaborate with the technical team to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with domestic and international clients.
  • Negotiate contracts, close business deals, and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain CRM records and provide regular sales and performance reports.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market insights.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of proven experience in Business Development / Sales (preferably in IT/Software industry).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English proficiency is a must).
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with online bidding portals and sales strategies.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Target-driven with strong problem-solving and analytical mindset.
