Role overview

We're looking for a results-driven Flutter + Unity developer (2–3 yrs) who enjoys owning features end-to-end—clean UI, robust state management, smooth performance, and polished store releases. You'll build cross-platform mobile apps in Flutter (Dart) and interactive experiences in Unity (C#), integrating APIs/Firebase and collaborating closely with design and backend teams.

What you'll do

  • Build and maintain Flutter apps for Android/iOS with clean architecture and efficient state management (Provider/Bloc/Riverpod).
  • Develop Unity (2D/3D) features: gameplay mechanics, asset optimization, scene management, and performance tuning.
  • Integrate RESTful APIs and Firebase (Auth, Firestore/RTDB, Cloud Functions, Messaging, Analytics).
  • Optimize app performance (frames, memory, cold start, build size) and improve crash-free rates.
  • Ship to Google Play and App Store, handling signing, builds, and store compliance.
  • Write robust, testable code; participate in code reviews; automate with CI/CD.
  • Collaborate with designers/product to deliver cohesive, high-quality UX.
  • Add features like push notifications, in-app purchases, and analytics to drive engagement.

Must-have qualifications

  • 2–3 years hands-on with Flutter (Dart) and Unity (C#).
  • Strong UI implementation skills and one or more state-management patterns (Provider/Bloc/Riverpod).
  • Proven Play Store/App Store release experience.
  • Experience with Firebase (Auth, DB, FCM, Analytics) and REST APIs.
  • Solid Git workflow, debugging, and performance optimization chops.
  • Clear, proactive communication and ownership mindset.
  • Nice-to-have (plus points)
  • Kotlin/Java (Android) or Swift (iOS) basics for native bridges.
  • AR/VR exposure, shader basics, addressables, or Unity profiling.
  • App security, crash analytics (Sentry/Crashlytics), A/B testing, feature flags.
  • Basic design systems, motion/animations, accessibility best practices.
  • Experience with cloud (Azure/AWS/GCP) and server-driven config.
