Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, build and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using the Flutter framework and the Dart programming language.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend engineers, product managers to translate business requirements into elegant mobile experiences.
  • Integrate mobile apps with RESTful APIs / GraphQL endpoints and with AI/ML services (for example language models, image generation, etc).
  • Ensure high performance, responsiveness, stability and fluid UX across a variety of devices and OS versions.
  • Apply clean architecture, modular code design, state management (e.g., BLoC, Provider, Riverpod) and best practices for mobile development.
  • Write unit tests, widget tests, integration tests and ensure good code coverage.
  • Participate in code reviews, mentor junior developers, maintain code quality and instrumentation (analytics, performance monitoring, crash logging).
  • Deploy apps to app stores (Google Play, Apple App Store), manage the release process (certificates, provisioning profiles).
  • Stay up-to-date with Flutter, Dart, mobile ecosystems (Android/iOS), evolving UI frameworks and AI/ML mobile integrations.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience 2-3 years in mobile application development, including significant experience 2+ years using Flutter and Dart (Require 2 years Excluding internship).
  • Strong proficiency in Dart language and familiarity with Flutter frameworks/widgets, layouts, animations and platform integrations.
  • Experience with consuming and integrating REST APIs or GraphQL, including data handling, authentication mechanisms (OAuth2/JWT) and secure mobile data flows.
  • Solid understanding of mobile UI/UX design principles, responsive layouts, cross-device compatibility and performance optimization.
  • Experience with state management solutions in Flutter (e.g., BLoC, Provider, Riverpod).
  • Knowledge of the full mobile app lifecycle: development, testing, deployment, monitoring and maintenance.
  • Experience with version control systems (Git), branching strategies, code reviews and CI/CD workflows.
  • Excellent problem-solving, debugging and analytical skills.

Preferred / Nice to Have:

  • Experience integrating AI/ML services, such as embedding LLMs or image generation APIs in mobile apps.
  • Familiarity with e.g., Firebase (Crashlytics, Performance, Analytics), push notifications, offline storage, caching strategies.
  • Experience with native mobile modules via Method Channels (for iOS/Android) when Flutter alone is not sufficient.
  • Knowledge of iOS (Swift / SwiftUI) or Android (Kotlin) native development.
  • Experience with mobile performance profiling, memory usage optimization, code obfuscation and security best practices (e.g., OWASP Mobile Top 10).
  • Previous work publishing apps to App Store / Play Store.
  • Experience working in agile / fast-paced environments, collaborating cross-functionally and delivering to high-standards.
