, patches, and version control in production and non-production environments. Work closely with development, QA, DBA, and infrastructure teams for issue resolution and enhancements. Maintain

documentation

for support processes, issue resolutions, and configuration. Conduct

routine health checks

and proactively identify potential issues. Provide

on-call support

as needed during non-business hours or weekends.
