Job Summary

The Business Development and Sales Executive will be responsible for supporting the Pre-sales and business development by coordinating day-to-day activities, managing client communication, and ensuring smooth execution of sales processes. The role involves assisting with lead generation, proposal preparation, performance tracking, and cross-functional coordination to achieve business growth objectives.

Business Development JD :

  1. Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in line with the companys growth strategy

  2. Serve as a point of contact for client inquiries and provide timely support.

  3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients

  5. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals effectively

  6. Prepare sales documents including proposals, presentations and contracts.

  7. Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.

Qualifications & Skills :

  1. Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

  2. Min. 3-8 years of experience in pre-sales coordination, business development, or a similar role.

  3. Strong organizational, time management and multitasking abilities.

  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  5. Proficiency with MS Office Suite.

  6. Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

  7. Ability to work independently.
