Has good experience (8 years) in Hardware design, development and testing. Good communication skills. Has good experience in Electronic components and Board design (Application specific Multi core SoC). Has good experience in communication protocols (MODBUS, RS485, CAN, SPI, USB) and Cellular modem. Has good experience in Interfacing with Sensors, Solenoids, Valves and Electro-Mechanical Components (Motor, Pump, Relays). Experience in PCB Specs Constraints design and CAD Layout design Co-ordination. Optimization Co-ordination across Software/Firmware (HW-SW Interface) Development /Diagnostics/Integration and EE-ME Interface designs. Compliance standards understanding and coordination with test labs across various Geographic locations. Design/Review (DFx) for Regulatory (EMI/EMC) and Reliability Compliance Standards, Certification support. Value Engineering and Analysis. Bring-Up/Diagnostics/DVT, Performance/Margin/Corner testing, Parametric/Compliance evaluation for Wired/Wireless Ports, Power Supply Testing.

  1. To architect, design and develop [through team] solution for product or sustenance delivery.
  2. To train and develop team so as to ensure that there is an adequate supply of trained manpower in the said technology and delivery risks are mitigated.
  3. To ensure knowledge up-gradation and work with new technologies so that the solution is current and meets quality standards and the client requirements.
  4. To gather specifications and deliver solutions to the client organization based on understanding of a domain or technology.
