Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram for the role of Security Manager. The Security Manager will oversee the implementation and management of comprehensive security protocols to safeguard the company's physical assets, personnel, and information across all its locations. Daily responsibilities include assessing potential risks, coordinating security measures, managing a security team, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and implementing preventative actions. The Security Manager will also evaluate and maintain organizational readiness against any physical or digital security threats.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Physical Security and Security Management to ensure the protection of personnel and premises
  • Proficient knowledge of Information Security, Cybersecurity, and Network Security practices
  • Ability to identify risks and develop effective mitigation plans
  • Exceptional problem-solving, decision-making, and leadership abilities
  • Professional certifications in security management, such as CPP, CISSP, or equivalent, preferred
  • Experience managing security teams and projects effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
  • Ex Armed forces or intelligence services will be preferred
