The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing and enhancing OT security programs, ensuring the resilience and integrity of our critical operational technology infrastructure. Responsibilities:

OT Security Leadership:

o   Provide strategic leadership for the OT security function, developing and executing a roadmap for enhancing the organization's OT security posture.

o   Collaborate with executive leadership to align OT security initiatives with overall business goals.

Risk Management:

o   Oversee comprehensive risk assessments of OT systems and processes, identifying vulnerabilities and implementing effective risk mitigation strategies.

o   Stay current with emerging threats and vulnerabilities specific to industrial control systems.

Security Policy and Standards:

o   Develop and enforce OT security policies, standards, and procedures in line with industry best practices.

o   Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, such as ISA/IEC 62443 and other applicable frameworks.

Security Controls Implementation:

o   Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of security controls for OT environments, ensuring a robust defense against cyber threats.

o   Oversee the deployment and management of intrusion detection/prevention systems and security incident and event management tools.

Incident Response and Investigation:

o   Develop and maintain comprehensive incident response plans for OT security incidents.

o   Lead and coordinate responses to security incidents, conducting thorough investigations and implementing measures to prevent recurrence.

Team Leadership and Development:

o   Manage and lead a team of OT security professionals, providing mentorship, guidance, and support.

o   Facilitate training programs to enhance the skills and awareness of the OT security team.

Qualification & Experience
:

Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus.

· years of progressive experience in OT security within industrial environments.

· In-depth knowledge of industrial control systems, SCADA, and PLC systems.

· Certifications such as CISSP, GICSP, or ISA/IEC 62443 are required.

· Strong understanding of relevant standards and regulations (e.g., NIST, ISA/IEC 62443, ISO

· Proven leadership and team management skills.
