Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate and driven
Placement & Career Services Manager
to lead end-to-end placement activities, strengthen hiring partnerships, and ensure exceptional career outcomes for our learners. The ideal candidate will bring strong corporate connect, people management, and analytical skills to create measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities

2. Placement & Opportunity Management

  • Curate job & internship opportunities aligned with learner profiles (Tech, Business, Data, Design, etc.).
  • Manage end-to-end placement drives – job postings, screening, scheduling interviews, and offer management.
  • Partner with corporates to gather feedback, align talent needs, and ensure curriculum relevance.

3. Student Career Support & Readiness

  • Collaborate with career coaches & program managers to ensure learners are job-ready.
  • Support career readiness modules (resume building, mock interviews, interview prep).
  • Track & mentor high-potential and at-risk learners to maximize outcomes.

4. Data Tracking & Outcome Reporting

  • Maintain accurate hiring partner details, placement records & outcome reports.
  • Analyze hiring trends, salary benchmarks & ROI to inform strategy.
  • Present placement updates & progress reports to leadership.

5. Team Leadership & Collaboration

  • Manage & mentor a small team of placement coordinators/employer engagement executives.
  • Work cross-functionally with program, academic & student success teams.

Role Details

Location: Noida, Sector 62

Joining: Immediate to 15 days preferred

Salary: ₹7 – 10 LPA

Experience: 5–8 years in placements, recruitment, or career services
