Position: Senior Account Executive
Location: Ahmedabad
Experience: 2 to 4 Years
Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and skilled Accountant who can manage daily financial operations and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage accounting operations using Tally, Zoho Books, and other tools
- Handle invoicing, payment follow-ups, and collections
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate records
- Prepare monthly financial reports
- Ensure timely and accurate GST filing & reconciliation
- Handle TDS calculations, payments, and returns
- Assist in audit preparation and documentation
- Collaborate with internal departments on financial planning and reporting
Key Skills:
- Proficiency in Tally, Zoho Books, and MS office
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and compliance
- Sound understanding of accounting principles
- Excellent communication, analytical, and follow-up skills
Preferred Profile:
- Proactive and organized with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Experience in an IT services company is a plus
Qualification:
- Post-Graduation (M.Com, MBA – Finance, or equivalent)
- Professional Courses like CA Inter / CMA Inter (preferred)
