Role and Responsibilities: We are looking for a Technical Project Manager with expertise in Automotive Embedded Development. As the lead of a team of 35-40 engineers, you will be responsible for driving projects technically and ensuring quality, cost, and timely delivery. Key responsibilities include:
  • Leading and managing a team of 5-6 Technical Lead/Module leads
  • Building a sustainable pyramid structure for embedded development
  • Ensuring resource fulfillment for projects
  • Estimating work products and negotiating software aspects
  • Scheduling, resource loading, and forecasting
  • Driving revenue growth
  • Managing services through KPIs, review, effective utilization, and QA
  • Implementing CMMI Level 3 processes and ISO 27001
  • Effectively utilizing Technical Leads/SMEs available
  • Providing training, knowledge management, and attrition management
  • Generating monthly project reports on efficiency and KPI/SLA
  • Supporting work product reviews
  • Implementing Agile framework using Scrum and Kanban Boards
  • Facilitating sharing of lessons learned and best practices among team members
  • Managing communication, governance, and escalation
  • Tracking project management KPIs and providing status reports
  • Capturing lessons learned, best practices, and project-specific training
Candidate Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you should have:
  • Experience in technical project management
  • Knowledge of Automotive Protocols and CAN
  • Experience with Agile framework using Scrum and Kanban Boards
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Understanding of hardware components
