Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Civil Engineer to assist with on-site supervision and execution of civil projects in Mumbai and Jaipur. The ideal candidate should have a Diploma in Civil Engineering and a basic understanding of construction processes, materials, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the supervision of construction activities at project sites.
  • Coordinate with site supervisors, contractors, and labor teams to ensure smooth execution.
  • Ensure that work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
  • Maintain daily progress reports (DPR) and site documentation.
  • Conduct basic quality checks and report discrepancies.
  • Assist in quantity measurements and material tracking.
  • Communicate regularly with the project engineer or site manager regarding site progress and issues.
  • Follow up with vendors/suppliers for timely delivery of materials.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized institute.
  • 0–2 years of experience in site execution or construction supervision (freshers may apply).
  • Basic understanding of civil construction methods and materials.
  • Familiar with reading drawings and site layouts.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Willingness to work on-site and relocate between Mumbai and Jaipur, as needed.
  • Knowledge of MS Excel and AutoCAD (basic) is an advantage.

Pay: ₹40, ₹45,000.00 per month
