The Junior Civil Engineer will be responsible for planning, designing, and managing construction projects on-site in Mumbai. The role requires a strong understanding of civil engineering design, civil engineering principles, and construction management. This is an on-site role located in Mumbai.Responsibilities & Skills Required:Civil Engineering design and planning skillsKnowledge of construction management principlesAbility to work collaboratively with civil engineersStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to solve complex problems and work in a dynamic environmentIn-dept understanding of construction materials, pricing and industryEstimate the quantity and cost of materialsPrepare contracts and documentsSet budgets for payment inventory needs and materialsTrack changes in plans or constructions; updates budgetsNegotiate with contractors and sub contractorsPrepare payments for contractors and sub contractorsExperience with AutoCAD, Civil3D, or similar design software is a plus3 years experience of general construction estimating experience, financial experience, construction or related field.Qualifications:Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering Or EquivalentJob Location:Chembur, Mumbai
