The Junior Civil Engineer will be responsible for planning, designing, and managing construction projects on-site in Mumbai. The role requires a strong understanding of civil engineering design, civil engineering principles, and construction management. This is an on-site role located in Mumbai.Responsibilities & Skills Required:- Civil Engineering design and planning skills- Knowledge of construction management principles- Ability to work collaboratively with civil engineers- Strong verbal and written communication skills- Ability to solve complex problems and work in a dynamic environment- In-dept understanding of construction materials, pricing and industry- Estimate the quantity and cost of materials- Prepare contracts and documents- Set budgets for payment inventory needs and materials- Track changes in plans or constructions; updates budgets- Negotiate with contractors and sub contractors- Prepare payments for contractors and sub contractors- Experience with Auto CAD, Civil3 D, or similar design software is a plus- 3 years experience of general construction estimating experience, financial experience, construction or related field.Qualifications:Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering Or EquivalentJob Location:Chembur, Mumbai
