Mission description

Manage warehouse activities for designated warehouse workstation in accordance with operational objectives Maintain all warehouse activities, ensuring operations are efficient and productive. Maintain warehouse consumables inventory and ensure adequate stock levels Monitor the warehouse operator performance and report to warehouse supervisor regularly Ensure that team members follow defined manufacturing procedures and comply with quality requirement Maintain the team skills matrix compliance Coordinate with planning and production teams to meet monthly operational targets. Identify and implement continual improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and operational efficiency Maintain key performance indicators (KPIs). Ensure all warehouse transactions are accurately recorded and processed in SAP Regularly review SAP data to maintain inventory accuracy and provide reports as needed Supervise, guide, and support warehouse operators to achieve daily operational goals Provide training and performance feedback to the team Manage HSE & 5S inititatives in warehouse. Perform all Health, Safety & Environment(HSE) related duties as per his / her job requirements and follow HSE norms as applicable Ensure final goods compliance with applicable quality and customer requirements Ensure full respect of quality constraints (traceability of activities, proper packing of components, management of components with a limited shelf-life
