Job Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and administrate single or multiple clients business with deployment of resource ranging over a Large span of 300+ FTEs
  • Develops and drive strategies and programs which improve the competitive position and profitability of the organization
  • Actively develop the management capabilities and business acumen of direct reportees, and drives the development of team members, ensuring full and well- rounded team competency
  • Innovate and drives dialer, skip tracing, performance improvement plan and strategies
  • Identifying and eliminating root cause barriers to accuracy, productivity, and quality Understanding and correctly utilizing resources provided by internal systems, departments, policies, and procedures
  • Solid skills of persuasion and negotiation, paired with an innate ability to develop trust, confidence and consensus
  • Participates on business leadership meetings and representing business unit to Clients
  • Ensure that the assigned portfolio meets client and internal company performance benchmarks
  • Collaborates with executive leadership to develop and meet company goals while supplying expertise and guidance on operations projects and system
  • Ensure full compliance with all company, departmental, legal, and regulatory requirements

Candidate Requirements:

  • 3 Years of experience as Head of Operations/Vice President - Operations
  • 15+ years of experience in the International BPO business
  • Experience in 1 st/3rd Party Healthcare Collections
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including ability to organize and manage human resources to attain goals
  • Extensive knowledge of the principles, procedures, and best practices in the industry.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Preferred Qualification Any Graduate
