We are looking for an
Academic Head
who shares this vision and is a thoughtful leader who ensures that every classroom at RBIS feels like a story well told.

Key Responsibilities:

Academic Leadership

  • Oversee and guide all teaching staff to ensure academic excellence across all classes.
  • Ensure that all teaching methods, lesson plans, and classroom activities align with RBIS's
    N³ methodology
    and teacher training framework.
  • Conduct regular classroom observations, feedback sessions, and performance reviews to maintain the quality of teaching and learning.
  • Plan and execute teacher training sessions, academic audits, and curriculum reviews periodically.

Parent & Student Relations

  • Serve as the
    primary point of contact (POC)
    for parents which includes addressing queries, concerns, and feedback with empathy and professionalism.
  • Foster a nurturing relationship between teachers, parents, and students, ensuring a transparent and positive communication flow.
  • Organize parent-teacher meetings, academic presentations, and progress discussions.

Admissions & Enquiries

  • Handle
    all inbound admission calls
    by providing detailed information about RBIS's philosophy, curriculum, and facilities.
  • Assist in organizing school tours and orientation sessions for prospective parents.
  • Collaborate with the management to meet annual enrollment goals while maintaining the school's brand ethos.

Administrative & Operational Support

  • Maintain academic records, attendance reports, and teacher documentation.
  • Work closely with the Principal and Management Team to implement school policies, timetables, and operational frameworks.
  • Coordinate with vendors and support staff as needed to ensure the smooth functioning of academic activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education (preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in early childhood or primary education, with at least 2 years in an academic leadership role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • A calm, compassionate, and positive demeanor with a deep love for children and learning.
