Business Analyst – US Mortgage

We're Hiring: Business Analyst – US Mortgage Domain. Join our Sales & Distribution Channels team at Cognizant, where you'll help optimize mortgage distribution channels and enhance customer journeys across digital platforms.

Experience: 5 Years

Notice Period: Up to 60 Days

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve customer journeys across online, mobile, and advisor channels.
  • Bridge the gap between customer needs, business processes, and IT solutions.
  • Translate strategic and operational challenges into actionable solutions.
  • Drive process improvements and support Agile delivery.

Required Skills:

  • Strong domain knowledge of the US mortgage value chain.
  • Proven experience in BRD/FRD creation, requirement gathering, and Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in process improvement initiatives.
