We are looking for a results-driven Retail Store Manager to be responsible for the overall store management. The ideal candidate will be able to enhance customer satisfaction, meet sales and profitability goals, and effectively manage staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the store.
  • Achieve sales targets and drive profitability.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the store team.
  • Manage inventory and ensure proper stock levels.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and handle complaints effectively.
  • Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards.
  • Monitor staff performance and provide regular feedback.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports and other documentation as needed.
  • Implement store policies and ensure compliance with company standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
  • 2–5 years of experience in retail/store management.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with billing systems, and inventory software is an advantage.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of local language (e.g., Tamil) is a plus.
