Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily floor operations to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and store sales targets.
  • Maintain excellent customer service standards and handle customer inquiries or complaints efficiently.
  • Ensure product displays are attractive, clean, and aligned with company standards.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the inventory team for restocking.
  • Train and support new staff members on store policies, sales techniques, and customer service.
  • Handle billing operations, including the use of POS (Point of Sale) systems.
  • Ensure the floor is clean, organized, and safe at all times.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum: Higher Secondary (12th Grade); Preferred: Any Degree
  • 1-3 years of experience in a retail or sales environment
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Customer-oriented mind-set
  • Basic knowledge of billing and POS systems
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
