Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a
Rust Developer,
located in
Hyderabad
. We are looking for an experienced
Rust Developer
with a strong background in IT and proven expertise in building high-performance, scalable, and secure applications. The ideal candidate should bring hands-on experience across system programming, microservices, and blockchain protocols, along with strong knowledge of distributed databases and cloud-native deployments.

Key Responsibilities


• Design, develop, and maintain Rust-based applications using frameworks like
Actix Web
and
Substrate
.


• Apply microservices design patterns (CQRS, SAGA, Circuit Breaker, API Gateway, Service Discovery) to architect scalable solutions.


• Contribute to blockchain and DeFi integrations with protocols such as
Aave
and
Polygon
, and develop smart contracts in Solidity.


• Work on backend systems with multi-language integration (Java, C++, JavaScript) to deliver reliable software solutions.


• Develop and optimize messaging pipelines using
Kafka
and caching systems like
Redis
.


• Manage and optimize databases including
SQL
,
MongoDB
, Cassandra,
ScyllaDB
, and IPFS.


• Deploy and manage applications in containerized environments using
Docker
and
Kubernetes
.


• Collaborate in Agile teams, applying Git-based version control and
CI/CD practices
.


• Ensure code quality, conduct performance tuning, and resolve production-level issues.


• Stay current with new developments in the
Rust
ecosystem, blockchain technologies, and cloud-native computing.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Rust programming language and system programming
  • Experience with developing and maintaining high-performance applications
  • Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, and systems programming
  • Strong experience with microservices design and distributed system patterns
  • Strong working knowledge of Kafka, Redis, and high-performance systems
  • Knowledge of software development best practices, including version control, testing, and documentation
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Background in financial services, blockchain, or DeFi ecosystems
  • Experience in the Fintech consulting industry is a plus
