Key Requirements:
• 5+ years in software development (Java background preferred)
• 2+ years hands-on experience in Rust programming
• Strong knowledge of blockchain fundamentals, consensus mechanisms, and cryptography
• Experience with Substrate / Polkadot ecosystem (preferred)
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Passionate about building secure, scalable blockchain infrastructure
