We're Hiring: Social Media Lead – ShuShu Babies

Location & Job Type:

Experience: 6 months – 1 year

Salary: ₹23,000/month

Location: Hyderabad, Hybrid (3 days remote, 3 days in-office)

About ShuShu Babies:

ShuShu Babies is a new-age Ayurvedic skincare brand for babies and kids, blending traditional science with fun, relatable, and honest storytelling. We create clean, toxin-free skincare that parents trust — and kids love to hold.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Social Media Lead who can take full ownership of ShuShu Naturals' digital presence across all social platforms. This role blends design, content strategy, and performance tracking — ideal for someone who loves storytelling through visuals, understands brand tone, and can execute campaigns end-to-end.

You will be responsible for managing brand visibility and engagement across Instagram, Founder LinkedIn, YouTube, X, and other emerging platforms Threads, while maintaining a cohesive brand identity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan monthly social media & campaign calendars.
  • Skills in designing and video editing for the final creative outcome.
  • Write creative copy for reels, stories, ads & website.
  • Develop festive & product-based campaigns (e.g. Diwali, Halloween).
  • Coordinate visuals, AI prompts, and design briefs.
  • Manage product listings, offers & creative text for e-commerce.
  • Research trends, ingredients & seasonal skincare topics.
  • Ensure brand tone stays fun, honest, and relatable.

Platforms Responsible for - IG , YT, Founder Linkedln, X, Threads

Skills:

  • Strong design skills – Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator.

  • Content creation & visual storytelling ability.

  • Basic video editing skills (CapCut, VN, or Canva video).

  • Good understanding of social media analytics (Meta Insights, YouTube Studio).

  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple platforms independently.

  • Good communication skills — captions and hooks can be refined using AI tools like ChatGPT.

Bonus Skills (Preferred)

  • Experience with D2C or skincare/wellness brands.
  • Knowledge of YouTube growth strategies.

Reporting To: Founder
