Role & responsibilities

Planning and scheduling

  • Develop and implement production schedules to meet deadlines and customer demands.
  • Assess resource needs, including manpower and materials, for assigned areas.

Team and resource management

  • Supervise and motivate production staff, assigning tasks and setting goals.

Quality and safety

  • Establish and enforce quality control standards throughout the production process.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and protocols.
  • Identify and resolve production issues, bottlenecks, and risks.

Performance and optimization

  • Monitor workflow to improve productivity and efficiency.
  • Track production KPIs and prepare performance reports.
  • Collaborate with other departments like engineering, logistics, and quality assurance.
