Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Flash/Analog NVM Memory Design Engineer to join our team in Bangalore. The role involves designing and validating Flash and Analog NVM memory circuits, ensuring robust performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and optimize Flash memory and Analog NVM/SRAM circuits.
  • Work on charge pumps, regulators, low-voltage analog circuits, and level shifters.
  • Perform circuit simulations, debugging, and validation to meet performance and reliability targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate design progress effectively.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in Flash Memory and Analog NVM/SRAM design.
  • Strong analog circuit fundamentals including charge pumps, regulators, low-voltage analog, and level shifters.
  • Proven debugging and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
