We are a leading logistics company specializing in bonded trucking and general transportation. We are looking for a Truck Placement Executive based in Bangalore to manage and coordinate truck placements for our South India operations. The ideal candidate will have strong vendor connections and a hands-on approach to logistics execution.

Responsibilities:

  1. Place trucks for shipment requirements across BLR, MAA, COK, and HYD regions.
  2. Coordinate with vendors, drivers, and the operations team for timely dispatch.
  3. Ensure all vehicle and driver documents are verified before placement.
  4. Maintain strong relationships with existing vendors for shipment-based hiring.
  5. Identify, evaluate, and onboard new vendors as per company procedures.
  6. Liaise with the HO Placement team for smooth inter-departmental coordination.
  7. Monitor vehicle readiness and ensure timely departure from origin stations.
  8. Handover shipment details to the Tracking team post-dispatch.
  9. Resolve operational issues and ensure compliance with company standards.
  10. Maintain accurate records of placements and vendor performance

Preferred Candidate Should Have:

  • Proven experience in truck placement and vendor management.
  • Strong network of truck vendors in South India.
  • Knowledge of bonded trucking procedures.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Familiarity with logistics documentation and compliance.
