Position Title: HR Project Coordinator

Qualifications:


• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).


• 0 to 2 years of relevant experience in Project coordination, HR operations, or organizational support.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Product & Project Operations

You will be the vital link between our innovation and execution, ensuring our life-saving technology reaches the field smoothly.

End-to-End Product Operations: Help manage product development from concept to deployment.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Engineering, Design, and Marketing to manage timelines and communication.

Product Launch Coordination: Assist in coordinating the launch of new features and products, from quality assurance to market readiness.

Risk Management: Help identify potential operational roadblocks and proactively develop mitigation strategies.

  1. Human Resources (HR) Operations

You will play a direct role in nurturing our company culture and growth.

Recruitment & Onboarding: Support the end-to-end hiring process, from posting jobs and screening résumés to facilitating a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.

Employee Management: Maintain accurate employee records and assist in the development and implementation of critical HR policies.

Performance Support: Assist managers in tracking performance timelines and documentation for performance appraisal cycles.

Core Skills:


• Ability to coordinate projects across multiple teams and manage timelines effectively.


• Knowledge of HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compliance, and employee engagement.


• Strong organizational, analytical, and reporting skills.


• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR software.


• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.


• Collaborative, adaptable, and proactive mindset.
