Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and creative Digital Marketing Executive to drive our digital presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing social media platforms, improving website visibility through SEO strategies, creating digital content and creatives, and ensuring consistent brand communication across online channels including WhatsApp Business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain all digital and social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Quora, Google, WhatsApp Business).
  • Plan, create, and schedule engaging and informative posts tailored to our target audience.
  • Create compelling visuals and marketing creatives using Canva and similar tools for digital campaigns, WhatsApp sharing, and internal communication.
  • Suggest and implement on-page and off-page SEO improvements for enhanced website ranking and performance.
  • Analyze website traffic, keyword performance, and social media metrics to track campaign effectiveness and identify improvement areas.
  • Work closely with internal teams (sales, HR, technical, and leadership) to gather inputs and create content aligned with business goals.
  • Monitor online engagement and respond promptly to comments and messages to build a strong digital community.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing, SEO, healthcare regulations, and social media best practices.

  • Creativity & Content Tools: Canva, ChatGPT, Google Docs, Microsoft Suite
  • SEO & Analytics: Google Search Console, Google Analytics, basic HTML understanding (optional but good to have)

Qualifications

  • 12 years of experience in digital or social media marketing.
  • Sound knowledge of SEO principles and best practices.
  • Experience in designing posts and writing captions using tools like Canva and ChatGPT.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in managing paid promotions and tracking ROI (preferred).
  • Familiarity with the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is an added advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
