AIML Developer

Role Overview:-

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Senior AI Engineer to lead the design and development of intelligent solutions using Generative AI, Azure Document Intelligence and Azure OpenAI Services. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build scalable, secure, and impactful AI-driven applications for document processing, conversational AI, and enterprise automation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement solutions using Azure OpenAI (GPT, Codex, Embeddings) for enterprise use cases.

  • Build and optimize document understanding workflows using Azure Document Intelligence (formerly Form Recognizer).

  • Develop and fine-tune Generative AI models for summarization, classification, and conversational interfaces.

  • Integrate AI models with business applications using Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Power Platform.

  • Collaborate with data scientists, architects, and product managers to define AI strategy and roadmap.

  • Ensure model performance, scalability, and compliance with data governance and security standards.

  • Conduct POCs and drive innovation in areas like intelligent document processing, virtual assistants, and financial automation.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 6–8 years of experience in AI/ML, with at least 2–3 years in Generative AI and LLMs.

  • Hands-on experience with Azure OpenAI including prompt engineering, embeddings, and fine-tuning.

  • Strong knowledge of Azure Document Intelligence (Form Recognizer, Layout, Custom Models).

  • Proficiency in Python, REST APIs, and Azure SDKs.

  • Experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generationp) and vector databases (e.g., Azure AI Search, FAISS).

  • Familiarity with MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and model deployment in Azure.
