Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and analytical Solution and Strategy Intern to support our service operations, contribute to market research, and assist in developing standardized work rates across multiple service domains. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of at least one technical service area (Electrical/AC/Civil Works) & demonstrate strong negotiation and strategic thinking capabilities.

Responsibilities


• Conduct market research to analyse industry trends and competitor pricing.


• Apply technical knowledge (Electrical, AC, or Civil Works) to support solution development.


• Assist in creating standardized work rates for all service categories.


• Develop strategic recommendations to improve pricing and service efficiency.


• Coordinate and negotiate with vendors and internal teams to gather accurate cost inputs. Qualifications

Who should apply?


• Graduate/final-year student pursuing degree in Electrical/Civil/Mechanical or related technical field.


• Members of EDC / Startup / Placement / Innovation Clubs are highly preferred.


• Strong analytical, research, and communication skills.


• Basic understanding of service operations or fieldwork is a plus.


• Ability to work independently and contribute to strategic decision-making.


• Good communication skills & should good at MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
