Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Content Writer, located in Bengaluru. The Content Writer will be responsible for creating and editing web content, developing content strategies, conducting research, writing, and proofreading. The individual will work closely with the marketing and management teams to ensure high-quality content aligns with Arnifi's objectives and brand voice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research, write, and edit high-quality content for blogs, articles, website pages, email campaigns, and social media.
  • Create clear, persuasive, and engaging copy tailored to target audiences.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to develop content strategies that align with business goals.
  • Optimize content for SEO to improve online visibility and ranking.
  • Proofread and edit drafts to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Repurpose content across various platforms (blogs → social posts, infographics, newsletters, etc.).
  • Stay updated with industry trends, audience preferences, and competitor content.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Content Writer, Copywriter, or similar role.
  • Excellent command over written English with strong grammar, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Basic understanding of SEO, keyword research, and content optimization.
  • Ability to adapt writing style for different platforms and audiences.
  • Strong research skills with the ability to simplify complex topics.
  • A portfolio of published work (blogs, articles, or other content pieces) is a plus
