We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) The ideal candidate should have experience in IT recruitment, staffing solutions, and client relationship management. The BDE will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
*Identify and develop new business opportunities in the IT and engineering recruitment sector.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and providing tailored staffing solutions.
* Generate leads through market research, networking, cold calling, and industry events.
* Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure successful placements and client satisfaction.
*Prepare and present proposals, service agreements, and pricing structures to clients.
* Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve revenue targets.
*Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
* Should be willing to travel across states in India as per the requirement of business
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Marketing, or a related field.
* Strong experience in IT staffing, client relationship management, and lead generation.
*Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building long-term client relationships.
