About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented
Senior QA Analyst
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in
both Manual and Automation Testing
, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. You'll play a key role in ensuring product quality, collaborating closely with developers and project managers to deliver robust and bug-free releases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for web and mobile applications.
  • Perform both
    manual
    and
    automated testing
    to ensure software quality across all stages of development.
  • Identify, document, and track defects through to resolution using standard bug-tracking tools (e.g., Jira, ClickUp).
  • Collaborate with developers and business analysts to understand project requirements and define test strategies.
  • Conduct regression testing, performance testing, and integration testing as needed.
  • Analyze test results, prepare reports, and ensure timely feedback for improvements.
  • Mentor junior QA members and assist in improving QA processes and best practices.
  • Participate in release planning and provide QA estimates for project timelines.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree
    in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience
    in Quality Assurance (Manual + Automation).
  • Hands-on experience with
    Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright
    .
  • Strong understanding of
    SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies
    .
  • Experience in writing test cases, test scripts, and automation frameworks.
  • Proficiency with bug tracking tools (Jira, Trello, ClickUp, etc.).
  • Basic knowledge of
    API testing
    (using Postman or similar tools).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git).
  • Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.

Good to Have:

  • Knowledge of
    performance testing tools
    (e.g., JMeter).
  • Exposure to
    mobile app testing
    (Android/iOS).
  • Experience in
    database testing
    using SQL queries.
