Role & responsibilities

Job Purpose

To support the architectural and liaison team in preparing drawings, coordinating with consultants and government authorities, and ensuring smooth submission and approval of architectural plans and designs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, update, and maintain architectural drawings, layouts, and working details as per project requirements.
  • Assist in drafting plans for submission to government/local authorities for approvals.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors to ensure compliance with design and regulatory requirements.
  • Support liaison activities by preparing drawings and documents required for approval processes.
  • Ensure accuracy and quality in all drawings, plans, and related documents.
  • Maintain records of drawings, submission files, and approvals received from authorities.
  • Visit project sites when required to verify and support execution as per approved drawings.
  • Stay updated with building by-laws, local regulations, and standards applicable to projects.
