We are seeking a Team Lead Unity Developer with proven experience in slot game development to lead a talented team of Unity engineers. You will be responsible for architecting, developing, and deploying engaging, high-performance slot games across multiple platforms. This is a hands-on leadership role where technical excellence, game design insight, and people management come together.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Unity developers in the design, development, and delivery of slot games.
  • Define and implement architecture and best practices for Unity-based game development.
  • Collaborate closely with artists, game designers, producers, and QA to ensure quality and timely releases.
  • Drive performance optimization, scalability, and platform-specific enhancements.
  • Manage sprint planning, code reviews, and mentoring of junior and mid-level developers.
  • Ensure code quality and maintainability through proper documentation and testing.
  • Stay current with industry trends and recommend tools and technologies to improve workflow and game performance.

Requirements:Technical Skills:

  • 8+ years of experience in Unity3D game development.
  • 2+ years in a lead or senior role, ideally within slot or casino games.
  • Strong proficiency in C# and Unity's ecosystem (URP, Addressables, DOTween, etc.).
  • Experience with slot game mechanics, RNG, reels, math models, and in-game events.
  • Familiar with backend communication protocols (REST APIs, sockets) and game data synchronization.
  • Experience with cross-platform development (iOS, Android, WebGL, etc.).

Leadership & Communication:

  • Proven ability to manage and mentor a small to medium-sized team of developers.
  • Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience integrating with 3rd party SDKs (analytics, monetization, etc.).
  • Knowledge of casino compliance requirements (GLI, etc.).
  • Familiarity with tools like Jira, Git, and CI/CD systems (e.g., Jenkins).
  • Experience with game server logic or Unity multiplayer frameworks is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,500, ₹2,000,000.00 per year
