Role Description

Support the sales team in documentation, quotation preparation, data management, and coordination across departments. Identify new Potential Green projects, generate leads and arrange demos / meeting with clients.

Role Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the
Pharma, Lab, and Academic sectors
.

·
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and decision-makers.

·
Deliver impactful technical presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.

Technical Expertise & Support

·
Understand client processes and recommend suitable containment and automation solutions.

·
Collaborate with
design, engineering, and production
teams to develop customized offerings.

·
Provide pre- and post-sales technical support to ensure customer satisfaction.

Proposal & Contract Management

·
Prepare
techno-commercial proposals
, quotations, and tender submissions.

    Negotiate terms and close sales orders in line with company policies.

REQUIRED SKILLS

·
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation.

·
Experience: 1-4 years in capital equipment or automation sales / pre sales
(preferably Pharma, Food, Chemical domain
).

·
Skills: Strong technical understanding, communication, and negotiation ability.
