Job responsibilities :

  • Serve as the primary interface between the clients and internal technical teams (QA/RA, R&D, production).
  • Provide product technical clarifications and assist in product customizations as per international client requirements.
  • Evaluate product costing and pricing strategies based on technical specifications and customer needs.
  • Assist in generating leads, conducting market research, and mapping potential clients and distributors.
  • Support in client presentations, product demos, and negotiations.
  • Attend trade fairs/exhibitions and manage follow-ups as and when required.
