Lead and inspire the design team, providing guidance and mentorship to junior designers.

  • Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to understand user needs, business goals, and market trends.
  • Conduct user research activities, such as interviews and usability testing, to gather insights and inform design decisions.
  • Create user-centred designs, including wireframes, prototypes, and visual mockups that effectively communicate design concepts.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, prioritize features, and ensure a cohesive product experience.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of a design system to ensure consistency across products.
  • Conduct design reviews with stakeholders, gather feedback, and iterate on designs accordingly.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and share knowledge with the team.
  • Create and maintain design documentation and communicate design decisions to stakeholders.
  • Actively seek feedback, reflect on design processes, and suggest improvements for the design team.


Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience as a product designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and process.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong understanding of user-centred design principles and best practices.
  • Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to lead and mentor junior designers.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically about design decisions.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and design methodologies.
