Detailed functional understanding and expert-level hands-on configuration in SAP ECC & S/4 HANA in the following areas.
  • Business Partners for CustomersSales Orders, Contracts, Deliveries, Returns, Billing document types
  • Advanced Available to Promise (AATP)
  • Pricing , Intercompany and Intracompany Operations
  • Tax integration (preferably with experience on Vertex or similar tax engines)
  • Integration with PTP & RTR
  • Integration with non-SAP Master Data, Order Management systems, Vendors and Warehouses
  • Outputs & Idoc
  • Sales reporting and embedded analytics using Fiori
Scope of Work:

The resource will be responsible for delivering the following services related to UMG's SAP

S/4HANA system for physical supply chain processes, specifically within the Order-to-Cash

(OTC) functional area:

1. Application Support
  • Provide ongoing application and maintenance support for UMG's SAP S/4HANA platform focused on physical supply chain operations.
  • Support critical business processes related to Order-to-Cash (OTC) including, but not limited to:
  1. Standard order processing
  2. Consignment processing
  3. Third-party order processing
2. Incident and Issue Management
  • Offer responsive support for business users experiencing OTC-related issues.
  • Adhere to established Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for incident response and resolution timelines.
  • Provide on-call support for Priority 1 (P1) and Priority 2 (P2) incidents, ensuring timely resolution and communication.
3. Enhancements and Change Management​​​​​​​
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and UMG IT teams to gather requirements for enhancements.
  • Participate in solution design and implementation of small-scale changes within the OTC domain.
  • Ensure enhancements are delivered in alignment with UMG's IT standards and business goals.
4. Maintenance Activities
  • Execute routine month-end activities to ensure system integrity and reporting readiness.
  • Support relevant audit and compliance procedures during key financial periods.
5. Integration Support
  • Support integrations between SAP and third-party applications, reporting platforms, and cross-functional modules.
  • Coordinate with other internal and external teams during integration-related activities and escalations.
6. Service Improvement
  • Actively contribute to continuous service improvement initiatives.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process automation and optimization across business and IT functions.
  • Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues and propose long- term solutions.
