Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist located in Delhi. The specialist will be responsible for system monitoring, providing technical assistance, implementing M&E frameworks, and conducting data analysis. The role involves gathering and analyzing statistics, preparing reports, and ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of program execution. Collaboration with project teams and stakeholders is essential to ensure successful project outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in System Monitoring and M&E frameworks
  • Ability to provide Technical Assistance
  • Strong Analytical Skills and experience with data analysis
  • Expertise in Statistics and report preparation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively on-site in Delhi and collaborate with diverse teams
  • Experience in the healthcare or NGO sectors is advantageous
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as Public Health, Statistics, or Social Sciences
